Syrelle Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 26, 2025

1. Introduction

Syrelle, a product of Unapologetic Power, LLC (“Syrelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our Services are designed to support emotional well-being, often provided first through participating clinics during a free trial period and later through a subscription model. We do not collect or store Protected Health Information (“PHI”) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), and no information entered into or otherwise uploaded to the app should be considered PHI. Any information we collect is limited to non-identifiable usage data or information you choose to provide voluntarily.

By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies only to individuals located in the United States. It does not cover users in other jurisdictions.

3. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide to Us
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, such as:

  • Name and email address when creating an account

  • Information you enter into in-app journals or notes (stored locally on your device unless you choose to share; if you do share, your entries will be processed under the same privacy safeguards as other information you provide)

  • Subscription and billing information when purchasing access to the Services directly from Syrelle

b. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device information (device type, operating system, browser type)

  • Log information (time, date, and duration of use)

  • Aggregate usage data (e.g., number of sessions started, features used)

  • App interactions (e.g., breathwork sessions played, EFT videos viewed)

  • IP (Internet Protocol) addresses (treated as personal information where required by law)

c. Information from Clinics
If you receive access to Syrelle through a participating clinic, we may receive a unique code or record that verifies your eligibility. We do not receive your medical records or PHI from your clinic.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services

  • Track and report aggregate usage metrics to clinics (without identifying individual users)

  • Process subscription purchases and payments

  • Communicate with you regarding updates, new features, or changes to the Services

  • Protect against fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity

5. How We Share Information

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Service Providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processors and cloud hosting providers)

  • With Clinics — if your access is provided by a clinic, we may share aggregate, non-identifiable usage reports to help them understand engagement

  • For Legal Reasons — if required to do so by law or valid legal process

  • Business Transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the buyer or successor entity

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete all associated personal data within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by applicable law. Aggregate, non-identifiable data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

7. Your Privacy Choices

  • Account Information — You may update or delete your account information at any time by contacting support@syrelle.net
