  • Whether you are a Patient or Staff member

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your name, phone number, and the best time to reach you

We aim to reply within 24 hours.

Quick Tip: Many issues can be fixed by:

  1. Logging out of the app

  2. Re-scanning your QR code (patients: from your clinic / staff: from Human Resources)

  3. Logging back in

  4. ​
